One of the best things that I love about Stampin' Up! it that it has given me the opportunity to meet so many fabulous people. Once of those people is my dear friend and downline, Amanda Kovacs. She made this card for me and I LOVE it! She used the stamp set Lacy and Lovely – simple, classic and LOVELY. Thanks Amanda!! xoxo

Today was a great mail day!! I received this BEAUTIFUL card from Cindy Major. Cindy is one of my downline and she lives in Quebec CIty. She is such a talented stamper and most importantly a LOVELY person!! I had the opportunity to have dinner with her a few weeks ago and every time I see her I feel glad to have her on my team of stampers. Cindy used the French Version of Happy You stamp set (Quelle Chance) – one of our hostess sets. I just love the adorable little boot! Check out page 204 of our Idea Book and Catalogue to see the set for yourself and email me to schedule your own private class or workshop for you and your friends to qualify for Hostess Benefits for you to get your own Happy You set! It is ALWAYS such a nice treat to get a card in the mail – who would love to receive a card in the mail from you?
Happy Hour Thank You

Friends invited us to spend the weekend at their cottage. It is on a lake and the weather was awesome and it was so relaxing and they are amazing hosts! I came home and wanted to make a card right away to pop in the mail to let them know how much we appreciate their hospitality. Do you have anyone that would appreciate a homemade card mailed to them? I'm betting you do.

I wanted to use bright fun colours for this card, so I picked Cameo Coral to start with and them used the Colour Coach to help me pick colours to go with it. I would have picked the Daffodil Delight, but probably not the Baja Breeze and surprisingly it works with the other bright colours. The Chevron Embossing Folder is fun with the Daffodil Delight and I used the 2 Way Glue Pen and Dazzing Diamonds Glitter to bling up the drinks.

Below are the supplies I used for this card.
