Happy Thanksgiving!

Tell me these aren't the cutest little treats EVER!!!  My friend Carol Lee made these for me!  Carol Lee drops off treats for me around Thanksgiving and Christmas (and she EVEN remembers my birthday!!)  Carol Lee spoils me and I LOVE IT!  I am going to put these adorable treats on my table for Thanksgiving this weekend.  I know that everyone will love them too.

They are made with the Two Tags Big Shot Die and have a Hershey Nugget inside.  Yum.

On a totally different note – check out my Mischievous puppy! My friend dropped off a package of glitter to me today and I laid it on my side table and forgot about it….. Until I found this on my rug…..  Doesn't he look like he's saying "Who Me?". It's a good thing we love him! lol Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Happy (early) Birthday Shelli – Beau Chateau DSP

During the pj night at Founders circle we were able to celebrate Shelli's upcoming milestone birthday.  It is not until October, but it was a great opportunity to celebrate Shelli and all she does for Stampin' Up! and the demonstrators.Someone made her a crown – below is a photo of her wearing it.

Below is the card I made for her using the Beau Chateau DSP (122357). I just love it and it seemed perfect for Shelli who loves Vintagey projects.  I hope she liked it!

I had an opportunity to get this photo with Shelli during our visit to Kanab.  It is taken in her apartment at the manufacturing plant.

Founder’s Circle Day 3

We were up early this morning to hop on a bus to Kenab which is a 2 hour drive from St. George. Kenab is where Stampin' Up! manufactures their stamps. I have done this tour twice before but it is always a highlight of Founder's Circle and I wouldn't have missed it. As the bus pulled up to the building, there were SU employees outside holding up signs saying "We love Demonstrators" and cheering and clapping as we all got off the bus.  It really makes you feel like you are part of a company that care about the employees and demonstrators!!

We were not allowed to take any photos of the manufacturing process but we saw where they make the stamps using the impressions plates and had a Q&A sessions with a few key employees.  We also saw the apartment where Shelli and her family stay when they are in Kanab.  It is so beautiful and such a cozy place! We took a photo by this Stampin' Up! rock.  Left to right is Susan Patterson, Mom, Alison Solven and me.

From there we went to the Park which was built by Shelli and her family.  The "ground" of the park is covered in rubber pieces left over from making the stamps.  It is the perfect bouncy covering for a playground!  We had lunch there – look at the cute boxes that our lunches came in!!

Then we took photos in the park.  Here is one of the Inky Divas; Josee, Kim, Me, Maggie and Mom.

We are off to Tuacahn tonight for more fun :)
